Collective Bloom is a projection mapping collaborate project that led by Ky Han Ly and Leo Yan that allow each artist to design their own flowers in the style they love to present to the audience. These flowers can be 2D illustration, 3D flowers, or realistic from photography. After finishing the design, the next step is to brainstorm and creatively turn these flowers into short motion graphics from 30 second to 1 minute long by After Effects. The next step is to create a presentation setup for the artworks with white square cardboard boxes and custom shapes with cardboard sheets. These short motion graphics will be collected and combined together to project white cardboard boxes by Madmapper. Artists will be free to bring their works into the next level in real time with playful motion graphic skills and colorful design depending on what’s their inspiration from, or their different perspectives that connect to nature.
